Meet the Team

Hi there! We are so happy to have you here. Ashley and Aria are childhood best friends who decided to pool their talents together to positively impact others. We are so passionate about what we do. Co-Founder & Yoga Instructor

Aria Hutchinson

Aria is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and has been a long time practitioner of yoga. She studied Neuroscience at the University of Michigan and is a current second year medical student at Wayne State University School of Medicine. She is also pursuing her continuing education to complete her 500-hour yoga teacher training. She is a green-blue belt in tae-kwon-do, loves to snowboard, and is an avid reader.

Co-Founder & Self-Defense Instructor

Ashley Mark

Ashley grew up in southeastern Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan in 2020. She works in environmental public health and is pursuing her masters degree in epidemiology. Ashley has been involved in tae kwon do since 2004, and is now a 3rd degree black belt. She is a part-time TKD instructor and continues to take classes. She loves to hike, go on camping trips, and being in nature.
